  • Lead counsel for plaintiff in two week jury trial that resulted in $1,700,000 jury verdict in Circuit Court of Cook County
  • Counsel for Owens Corning in product liability actions
  • First or second chair in eight federal court trials, one state court trial, ten hearings for injunctive relief, administrative hearings and one Seventh Circuit Argument
  • Drafted forty-five appellate briefs and appeared in fifteen appellate court oral arguments on behalf of indigent defendants convicted of felonies
